A couple notes

Reason # 237 of why I have a Love-Hate relationship with my work computer: It automatically switched to some formatting nonsense in word that I can’t switch off. My sentences now look like this “→Just·trying·to·remain·calm. ·Shhhhhh·computer·is·listening.”
(there's a few other symbols in there that blogger refuses to copy over)

Good news is keeping me buoyed however, it seems as though my work is going to give me health insurance! I haven’t had health insurance since, hmmmmm, maybe sometime in ’05? I’m actually looking forward to seeing the doctor, eye, teeth, etc..

Wonderful about the insurance - get EVERYTHING fixed you can! If you are using MS Word - it seems to have a mind of its own doesn't it? Word Perfect is worse.

Take care..........enjoy all your medical/dental visits!

Yay for health insurance, it is great that work will pay for it as it is always a costly expense.

Why is it that Word always thinks it is smarter about what you are formatting than you are? I hate when it makes changes I did not request of it. Someday Word may take over the world...

I HATE when my word processing program does that! I was just swearing at my laptop the other day for exactly such a transgression. Arrrrrgggggghhhhh!!

Ah! See! It's a computer conspiracy! Me new one's died already after 6 weeks. The bastards are trying to drive us nuts before takin' over the world. I bet the computer won't let me post this 'cause it can see it. It knows I know. We're doomed.

snowbug, you may not be so far off about Word (or Microsoft) taking over the world. I watched a documentary last night called "The Corporation." It was very scary - there has been lots of talk about Microsoft's domination of the computer world - the trickle down is that we are also dominated by a bossy software program!

Luckily we don't have to worry about health insurance in the UK. But the downside is we can sometimes get stuck with lazy incompetent doctors. I guess if you are paying you don't get that too often?
